I have a workspace for my research, thinking, and writing. It goes by the name of ThinkSpace.
At its heart is the Obsidian knowledge base. This is a powerful tool in its own right, especially as it synchronises across all my devices. But I have supercharged Obsidian by integrating it with Claude Code. The integration takes the form of an agent whose instructions, memory files, context files, and skills are an integral part of the Obsidian vault. The agent’s name is Peka (Personal Knowledge Assistant).
Our most recent project has been to build a semantic search engine into ThinkSpace. That is a search engine based on ideas; one that reads meaning, not just words. Here is an explanation of how it works.
